WRE started doing water conservation work in 1989, the year of its inception, when the US Environmental Protection Agencyretained the firm to evaluate the City of Denver’s water conservation program. Since then WRE has expanded its capabilities to include

• Market penetration surveys for water fixtures/equipment
• Development of water conservation programs
• Feasibility studies for water re-use
• Best management practices
