WRE assists clients in responding to requests, or mandates, from regulatory agencies to bring water systems into compliance with environmental regulations. WRE projects have addressed mandates to improve water quality, minimize potential contamination of potable water systems, change reservoir operations to satisfy stream flow requirements, provide improved fish passage structures, and resolve dam stability issues.
